As we are a local company we can be with you quickly. Our priority is always to fix your PC on site when ever possible. Fix your PC as quickly as possible and at the lowest possible price to save you money. Sometimes it is more cost effective to take the machine away. But you decide on this. We only fit parts or software that you have approved. We will never make any changes that you have not approved of.
On-site Repair
We can visit your home or workplace to carry out all check and repair.
Depending upon the initial diagnosis we may advise that it is more appropriate the machine is taken to our workshop for repair.
Workshop Repair
On first instance always call to arrange service or repair. For most problems we only require the base unit and we will provide a free estimate for repair. 90% of workshop repairs are turned around within 48hours. Some repairs need specialist equipment - our workshops are equipped with test equipment, data backup and recovery facilities.
It is more cost effective too. The technician sat on-site for several hours monitoring the diagnostic and utility software on a single computer could be carrying out the same work on many computers simultaneously in our workshop. This is how we keep the cost down and pass the savings onto you.
Contract
You may want to choose us to provide contracted IT support. You can think of us as the IT department you would have if you were a larger company. For further information please contact us. We regularly check, maintain your required PC's and upgrade to your needs.
Service
Regular service and maintenance is the key to avoiding big bills later. Just like a car or bike, service it regularly and it will last longer at its peak performance.
Cleaning up a PC requires us to run several diagnostic programs and utilities.
Whilst there is no particular reason why this cannot be done on-site it is clearly not cost effective.
