How do you charge?
We will always advise a realistic estimate before any work is carried out.
We are confident our prices are the best for the service and care we provide. If you find a better price please do let us know.
How can I pay?
Cash or PayPal. We advise customers to have cash or an active PayPal account with funds available on the scheduled day of appointment. For PayPal payments you will need to add a 6% fee which PayPal charge. This fee does not come to us. Sorry no Cheque.
Do you charge for travelling time?
Not for postcodes starting with LU3 & LU4. For all others we charge 50pence per mile to the total cost to cover petrol and wear n tear. Reasonable and standard price you will find.
What if you can't fix it?
Others are advertising "no fix no fee". We don't do this as in reality the vast majority of problems can be fixed with the right knowledge, parts or software. If the item cannot be fixed we will advise you quickly and you only pay the minimum charge.
What sort of things can you help with?
Pretty much any computer related problem. That includes computers themselves, along with printer, broadband, Wi-Fi, modem routers, anti-virus and general software issues, email problems etc Hardware help includes general repairs, memory upgrades, replacing faulty CD drives and so on. We can also show you how to get more from specific software programs and from the internet.
Does the service operate in the evenings and at weekends?
Yes it does.
What about if I need parts?
We can source these for you, if you wish. Alternatively, we will gladly fit your own parts.
What areas do you cover?
Mainly LU postcode area. If you need support/help and are close to Luton (Bedfordshire) and don't have a LU postcode then please do call as we maybe able to help.

Unusual Calls we have done.
Case 1
Late one night a student phoned to say she had to hand in her coursework the next morning at 9.00am sharp. When she called it was 1.30am at night and her printer died on her. One of our technicians turned up at her door with a printer and new ink cartridges within an hour. She printed her work and was over the moon with the service. We were glad we could help.
Case 2
Another student spilled water on his laptop and it was not working. Again he had an assignment to hand in the next day that he was working on. We turned up dried his laptop professionally, but parts were damaged. We found that the keyboard and mouse pad had been damaged beyond repair. We took the laptop keyboard and mouse pad out. We connected an external keyboard and mouse so he could get his work done. We ordered the parts which we later installed and he was over the moon. He managed to get his work done on time and got his laptop repaired.
